Turning Surplus Into Sustenance
Over 1.2 million of our neighbors in NJ face food insecurity, while nearly 3 billion pounds of surplus food is produced each year in our state, much of which goes to waste. As New Jerseyās first and largest food rescue nonprofit, Table to Table bridges that gap. Our mission is to build a more equitable and sustainable food system by rescuing surplus, healthy food and delivering it for free to communities who need it most – ensuring no good food goes unused and no neighbor goes hungry.
