Ilene Isaacs

Executive Director

Having led a diverse group of organizations providing services to the most vulnerable in our society, it became clear early in Ilene’s career that in order for a person to achieve their goals, their most basic needs first had to be met. Since joining Table to Table 15 years ago, the passion for providing this assistance to people has now grown even greater. Understanding the importance of making healthy and nutritious food available for every one of our neighbors is the motivation that drives Ilene ‘s commitment to excellence, helping ensure that Table to Table will always be the most effective and efficient hunger relief organization available to our community.

Jan Cohen

Manager of Special Projects

Jan adds an international flair to our organization, having grown up in the suburbs of London, England, where she worked in administration in several of the country’s largest corporations.
After moving to the United States, Jan helped her husband build a successful wholesale produce business while, at the same time, becoming one of Table to Table’s most reliable and enthusiastic volunteers. Committed to the mission of feeding hungry people, Jan joined Table to Table’s staff as the Manager of Special Projects in 2013.

Anthony Math

Director of Food Sourcing & Donor Relations

After spending 16 years in corporate sales, marketing and logistics with UPS and DHL, Anthony, a proud Lehigh University graduate joined Table to Table in 2009. His management skills in sales and logistics were the perfect fit to help grow Table to Table’s food donations and trucking network. Anthony is now the Director of Food Sourcing and Donor Relations and plays a large role in creating one of the most efficient and reliable food rescue organizations in the country. Outside of Table to Table, Anthony has a passion for health and fitness so his second home is working out in Central Park.

Julie Sciaino

Director of Recipient Relations & Community Affairs

Julie Kinner Sciaino comes to us by way of Chicago, with experience in retail, special events and a passion for the food world. After attending culinary school she used her talents working as a pastry apprentice in a Swiss pastry shop! Julie, who has been with Table to Table since its inception, is ServSafe certified, and currently serves as the Director of Community Relations and liaison to our recipient agencies. She diligently evaluates and assesses operations to ensure that donated food is delivered and served safely every day. When not feeding people, Julie is raising two fabulous girls in the mountains on a lake with the bears.

Emily Force

Director, Corporate Engagement & Marketing Programs

Emily has spent the majority of her career focused on marketing and events in the corporate environment.  She understands the dynamics involved in activating meaningful programs that positively impact an organization and the communities they serve.

It was during her tenure at A&P, where Emily instituted a food rescue program that affected every community in the northeast while saving the company millions, that she realized how much food was being wasted and the staggering number of people who were hungry – and just then – she wanted in!

Em is on a mission to make sure every business, large or small, understands that hunger is prevalent right in our own backyard and wants everyone to know there ARE ways to help.  If she doesn’t reach you first, please contact her the moment you read this.  As she says, “it takes less time to learn how to help than it does for many to find their next meal!

Carlos Alvarez

Driver

After working for 19 years in retail, and then as a driver for Fedex Ground, Carlos became aware of the work Table to Table was doing to help people. He immediately knew that he wanted it to be part of this unique and special organization and was thrilled when given the opportunity to be a member of the team. Carlos loves helping people, something that was instilled in him by his grandmother and mother. While aware that there were hungry people in this country, just like any other, he did not know to what extent. Thanks to Table to Table, along with his co-workers, Carlos is able to help feed a lot of people, knowing that every day counts and that little by little they are getting the job done. Currently in his fifth year working for Table to Table and helping a lot of agencies and people that need assistance, Carlos is happy to be part of the solution and glad to belong to such a great organization.

Edgar Brieva

Lead Driver and Foreman

Edgar began working as a driver for Table to Table when it was first established and has spent the last four years as the Lead Driver and Foreman. During his years at Table to Table, Edgar has witnessed how his contribution to the organization helps people satisfy one of their most basic needs. Edgar remains amazed at the number of people that go to bed without eating one healthy meal and is proud to work with the other drivers, making sure that people receive at least one good meal before the end of the day.

Driver

David had served as manager of a tire company before moving to New Jersey from his native country of Venezuela. Since joining Table to Table in 2010 he has been grateful for the opportunity to work hard every day to feed many of the hungry people in this area.

Michael Ucci

Driver

Michael came to Table to Table after 10 years of service at Foodtown Supermarket. While employed there, he gained experience in numerous areas of the food industry – safe food handling, dealing with vendors, and making sure that customer requests were attended to. This experience has proved invaluable during Michael’s 10 years at Table to Table.
