Group Volunteering and Employee Engagement

Bag a Lunch, Help a Bunch® Meal Packing
Organize a team of any size at your company headquarters to make sandwiches and pack bagged lunches; work in teams and add some friendly competition to see who can pack the most lunch bags! At the end of the activity, the freshly packed meals are delivered to nearby community partners to nourish local families in need.
Handing Out Fresh Food with a Community Partner
Bring a team of up to 15 employees to one of our community partners to sort, pack and distribute grocery bags of fresh, rescued food to hundreds of neighbors.
I-Rescue App Takeover
Turn your employees into ‘Food Rescue Heroes’ through an I-Rescue App Takeover Day! We’ll kick off with an overview of Table to Table and a walkthrough of the App; then team members will use the App to go out and pick up surplus food from nearby markets or restaurants, and deliver directly to local pantries, shelters, or group homes. At the end, we’ll report back on the team’s total pounds/meals rescued to show how individual actions add up to big impact!

Benefits include marketing visibility, access to events, and – for funders $25,000 and up – logo visibility on our Table to Table trucks, seen on the road daily throughout northern NJ.
Host an Employee Giving
& Engagement Activity
Invite your team to choose one day to donate the cost of their lunch to support neighbors facing food insecurity. It’s a simple, meaningful way to give back—and every dollar raised helps provide 10 meals to those in need. This can be paired with a sandwich making event.
