All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Please note that for compliance and reporting purposes, rescued food valued at $2 per pound and is classified as non-cash/in-kind revenue on our financial statements and Form 990. All rescued food is immediately donated to community organizations serving individuals and families experiencing food insecurity, so the value of the food is also recognized as a program expense on all financial statements.
