Please join us on Wednesday, May 9th at the newly renovated Edgewood Country Club, where top chefs from New York and New Jersey will prepare five signature courses, each expertly paired with fine wines. With a delicious line-up of award winning chefs, including David Burke, Peter Kelly, Waldy Malouf and Jamie Knott, we will salute master Chef and hospitality entrepreneur, Charlie Palmer.   Known for his sublime 3-star restaurant Aureole in NYC, his stories behind the bold, dynamic and unexpected combinations are sure to amaze and delight everyone. Chef Palmer’s culinary expertise is featured in fourteen notable restaurants and award-winning boutique hotels across the country. We’re so honored to have him at our “table” this year, supporting our work right here in Northern New Jersey!

Along with our exciting Live Auction to be conducted by our favorite, most entertaining Auctioneer, Nicholas Lowry, we can’t wait to unveil the extraordinary trips and gourmet experiences we have this year.  Come early for cocktails provided by Slovenia Vodka and see what spokesmen Bill Murray and Mikhail Baryshnikov are raving about!
