With four refrigerated vehicles and dedicated drivers, Table to Table picks up food that is unable to be sold, but still of good quality, from a wide range of food establishments each day. In June, Add $1 to Your Bill at Panera Bread and Support Table to Table

Supporting Table to Table doesn't get any easier than this! Throughout the month of June, when you dine at Panera Bread locations in Paramus, Edgewater, East Rutherford, Northvale, Woodcliff Lake and Fair Lawn, you can add a dollar (or more!) to your receipt to support Table to Table. Those generous, spontaneous contributions will go directly toward supporting our food rescue operation, keeping our trucks rolling every day as we pick up and deliver enough food to serve 6.5 million meals in Northern New Jersey this year. Berrie Foundation Pays Tribute to Table to Table's Unsung Hero!

Claire Insalata Poulos, founder and president of Table to Table, received the Russ Berrie Award for Making a Difference on June 1. She was one of only 11 recipients from throughout New Jersey to receive the award, which honors uncommon acts on behalf of the common good, recognizing unusual heroism and community service by state residents. The award was bestowed at a ceremony and luncheon at Ramapo College of New Jersey, at which Former Governor Tom Kean was the keynote speaker and Steve Adubato was the Master of Ceremonies. The award was presented by Angelica Berrie, President of the Russell Berrie Foundation.

Teens Committed to Making a DifferenceTable To Table - Food Rescue

8th, 9th and 10th graders who comprise the Teen Philanthropy Institute at the JCC on the Palisades learn how to become strategic philanthropists by serving on grant making boards and contributing to a pooled fund to support selected charities. This year, Table to Table was extraordinarily honored to be chosen as a recipient. During an engaging reception at the JCC, the groups not only presented the checks, but each completed a presentation about their decision making process. We watch with great anticipation as this spirited and charitable group continues to fulfill its mission in our community.

Continued Support from Jr. Woman’s Club of Ridgewood
Table To Table - Food Rescue
Over the last three years the Junior Woman's Club of Ridgewood has donated over $200,000 to area not-for-profits. At their annual charity luncheon, Table to Table was honored to be awarded a $2500 grant which will allow us to redistribute over 25,000 meals. Kudos for all the good work accomplished by the Jr. Woman's Club and many thanks for making us a beneficiary of your generosity and hard work!
